Ice slides into cracks
on bridges.
Do not cross.
Reports indicate more 
is on the way.
Freezing cold and flakes fall,
only following the tug of gravity.
Looking to land in a home
on sidewalks slick.
Just water,
frozen, bright, looking to land.
